Terms
The plain terms for our audits and for this website.

What an audit is
An audit is a test of the web pages listed in your report, on the dates stated, against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, using automated checks and keyboard, zoom and phone-width checks run by testing software, as the report describes. You get the report, the fix list, a draft accessibility statement, any vendor letters, and rechecks of the same pages whenever you ask in the 90 days after the report. If a fix we gave you was wrong, we correct it and recheck it at no charge, at any time.
What an audit isn't
It isn't legal advice, and it isn't a promise about any legal outcome. The automated checks find only some problems. The keyboard, zoom and phone-width checks are run by testing software. One person on our team goes through your home page and your appointment or contact form with the NVDA screen reader. All of these cover only the pages in the report, and your site can change after we test it. Whether your practice meets any law is for you and your attorney to decide.
The monthly checkup
The monthly checkup runs our automated checks again on the pages from your audit and rechecks fixes you made that month. It isn't a new audit, automated checks find only some problems, and the date it gives you for your accessibility statement covers only those checks. It isn't legal advice.
Your part
You decide what to fix and who fixes it. If you publish an accessibility statement, you publish it in your own name and keep it accurate.
We don't access your systems
We test pages anyone can see. We don't log in to your website, accounts or patient systems, and we don't change your site.
Payment
The audit costs $490, paid when you order. The monthly checkup costs $49 a month. It starts only when you ask for it, and you can stop it at any time by replying "cancel" to any of our emails; we confirm the same day and don't charge you again. The price stays $49 for as long as you keep it.
Limit on liability
If something goes wrong with an audit, including its rechecks and corrected fixes, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid for that audit. If something goes wrong with the monthly checkup, it is limited to what you paid for the checkup in the 12 months before the claim.
Engagement letters and governing law
If we send you a signed engagement letter, it takes priority over this page. Michigan law governs these terms.
